Re:Ciclos* is an interdisciplinary design-build project created in 2015 to engage and empower under-resourced community members in mitigating the social, environmental and political damages that motor vehicular mobility has historically introduced into their communities.
We employ bicycle technology with a collaborative, strength-based, decision-making approach as our primary tools in addressing the degenerative consequences of car culture.
Re:Ciclos envisions a future Los Angeles where the communities most negatively affected by a century of car culture build a new paradigm of healthy community built by community for community.
