Climate March in New York City Sunday, September 21, 2014

In September, President Obama and heads of state from around the world will meet in New York to decide our climate future. Environmental Action and other environmental groups have been working around the clock with our allies to make sure we grab the attention of President Obama, other world leaders and the global media in September.

We need your help to make sure there is a huge crowd in New York to demand that world leaders aim high, and create the solutions we need to combat the climate crisis. If you haven’t RSVP’d for the People’s #ClimateMarch and are planning on going, you can do so here.

Not all of us can make it to New York City in September. But all of us have friends, family or co-workers who can attend. Please post to Facebook, Tweet or email your personal networks about the people’s climate march.

Historic people’s movements like the March on Washington involved thousands of dedicated activists recruiting friends and family to attend. This is our opportunity to all be a part of the largest mobilization on climate in the history of the planet.

Please ask your personal network to RSVP for the climate march in New York City this September via Facebook, Twitter or Email.

Thank you,

Aaron and the rest of the Environmental Action team

The Farm Conference
As we chart the uncertain waters of modern times, life in community serves as both a lifeboat, providing shelter from the storm, and as a flagship, leading the way to a more sustainable future.
If you seek a life with direction, with greater meaning, holding true to your ideals, follow the course of community. In community there is strength, gaining the leverage necessary to achieve your full potential.
Take the next step. This Memorial Day Weekend, May 29-31, join with others who share your vision, and leave uplifted, with the energy  to pursue your real life goals.
In community we depend on each other, and it is clear that each one of us has value and something to give, contributions to the whole, made visible through our work.
Find your passion:
  • Green Building
  • Green Business
  • Organic Food Production
  • Alternative Education
  • Midwifery
  • Environmental Activism
  • Peace and Justice Activism
  • Music and the Arts
  • and more
There is room for everyone in community, and you will have the opportunity to see how this can be expressed in a very real way when you are part of our special gathering.
Without question, our Green Building Tour is always one of the most popular aspects of our annual conference.
