Bicycle Kitchen
The Bicycle Kitchen known in spanish as “La Bici Cocina” is a cooperatively and volunteer run bicycle repair space that was incubated at the Los Angeles Eco Village by a few LA Eco-Villagers -including Jimmy Lizama, Randy Metz and Somerset Waters – and their friends and since then it has been a strong catalyzer of bicycle culture in Los Angeles.
Today the kitchen has a different location and it is an independent nonprofit organization.
